யோகம்

எரிதழலில் வரும் சொற்றடர் “யோகம் என்பது யுஜ் என்னும் முதற்சொல்லின் விரிவு. அமைதல். இணைதலே அமைதலின் வழி. ஒன்று பிறிதென, பிற அனைத்துடன், அனைத்தும் ஒன்றென, பிறிது இல்லையென.” “இப்புவியில் முற்றிணைய இயலாத எவையும் இல்லை என்றறிவதே ஞானம். இணைக்கும் வழியறிவதே ஊழ்கம். இணைந்தமைவது யோகம்” என்றார் இளைய யாதவர்.

Based on this theory only a management book named “The Fifth discipline”  has been written by Peter Senge in 1990”. The book popularized the concept of learning organization. One of the fundamental principles of learning organization is “Systems thinking”.  It says “Systems thinking is a management discipline that concerns an understanding of a system by examining the linkages and interactions between the components that comprise the entirety of that defined system”.

Everything is fundamentally connected with each other. Only thing, we, as a common man, are not able to see the larger connection.
